How to Get Started with Am-Tran Online Orders

1. Set up your account
Once your account is created, we will send you your account information, along with your online login information with a tutorial on how to place/track orders online.

2. Complete your profile with shipping preferences
In your online profile, you can enter your preferred pickup and/or delivery addresses so that they are saved, as well as a service and vehicle type if they will stay the same for most orders.

3. Place your first order
Orders are placed in the New Order tab, where you will enter the pickup and delivery information, service type and ready time along with the vehicle type and packages. You may want to print a label after you submit the order.

4. Track your shipment in real-time
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number and access to detailed status updates. Follow your shipment's journey from pickup to delivery with precise location information and estimated arrival times. Automatic notifications keep you informed of any changes or delays.
